Horseshoe Road
Horseshoe Road is a collaboration of Oklahoma musicians Kyle Dillingham, fiddle/vocals; and Brad Benge, guitar/vocals; in an acoustic setting. With eclectic musical styles ranging from Blues to Bluegrass... Gypsy Jazz to Western Swing... Country, Rock, Gospel and everything in between, there is sure to be something for everyone. Full of surprises, the group's passion for music can be seen in their performance. A high energy, uplifting musical experience that blends captivating virtuosity and heartfelt sincerity.
Kyle Dillingham
Kyle Dillingham is an Oklahoma City University graduate and has performed in over 25 countries representing Oklahoma and the United States. He has had two featured performances on the Grand Ole Opry (Nashville, TN), has been on national television in China, and frequently collaborates with musicians in Chicago and NYC. Kyle was a featured performer at the Memorial Thank You concert at the Ford Center (downtown OKC) in 2005 along with such performers as Vince Gill, Jimmy Webb, Toby Keith, and Joe Diffie to name a few. Kyle is frequently referred to as Oklahoma's Musical Ambassador.
Brad Benge
Playing piano at the age of three and picking up guitar, bass & drums in high school, Brad is a multi-instrumentalist who has been performing most of his life. His biggest influences have been Dan Taminski and Tommy Emmanuel...also musical innovators John Hartford and Frank Zappa. He has performed with Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Toby Keith, Joe Diffy, Tommy Emmanuel, Byron Berline, Bluegrass Ect. and Pat Payne. Brad is also working as a producer/engineer, tour sound engineer for guitarist Tommy Emmanuel and is also the former guitarist for the Byron Berline Band.
Together as Horseshoe Road Kyle and Brad recently completed a tour of Japan and Thailand where they were celebrating Oklahoma’s centennial internationally through their performances. They also filmed a documentary of this tour as an official OK Centennial Project. They performed 32 shows at this year’s Oklahoma State Fair Centennial Expo at the Oklahoman Stage, and played at the Redhawks Ballpark on November 16 as a featured part of the big Centennial Spectacular!
They have new CD scheduled for release the first of May.
